Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for Thinning Hair

Are you spending too much of your time under a baseball cap or nice head garment? You can’t keep your bald spot or thinning hair under there forever. You need to take action, and hiding is not the answer!

Have you ever wondered why your hair doesn’t seem too excited about sticking around? There are several factors that could be contributing to your rapidly retreating hairline. You could be balding because of genetics (your mom or dad most likely), it could be your diet; the way you care for your hair, or even how often you wash and condition your hair. There are also a few conditions that will cause you to lose quite a bit.

Understanding why you are experiencing hair loss doesn’t help that much if you have no idea what to do about it, right? There are a lot of over the counter treatments like foams and gels, even special shampoos that you can use to try and regain some of your youthful look. They work uniquely for different people, and you may have to try a few different ones to find what’s most effective for you.

Testing several commercialized products may be a little expensive. If you want to save some money and try a more natural approach, I suggest you try using coconut oil. Coconut oil has not been proven to actually regrow hair where there is none, but it has been shown to strengthen and thicken the hair you do have left. If you are just beginning to lose your hair, this will be especially helpful, as the coconut oil has been proven to slow hair loss down and for some people it can even stop the loss completely.

There is no treatment for hair loss and thinning hair that will work for everyone, but Coconut oil applied liberally to the scalp, and to the hair itself in moderation is an inexpensive way to restore your hair’s luster and regain some confidence.

I recommend purchasing an Extra Virgin Coconut Oil. The best that I’ve found to work for me is the Nutiva Brand of Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

Most hair styling now a days is about choosing a good hair striaghtnere afterall. The best hair straightener is not necessarily the most expensive, so do not be fooled by the price tag. Look at each model individually and compare it based upon performance, price and overall rating.
